You might want to consider adding the following with respect to R. Alta Charo of U of Wisconsin Law School:
Professor Charo served as a member of the Obama-Biden Transition Project, where she was a member of the HHS review team, focusing her attention particularly on transition issues related to NIH, FDA, bioethics, stem cell policy, and women's reproductive health. She is on leave for the 2009-2010 academic year to serve as a senior advisor in the Office of the Commissioner at the US Food & Drug Administration.

I think Ambassador to Malta is a bit of an outlier here. What exactly does he do?

I don't see Elizabeth Warren (Harvard) on this list who I thought was appointed to oversee aspects of TARP

Kenneth Feinberg, the pay czar, has been an adjunct Professor at NYU and Georgetown for many years.
Does that qualify?

It would be interesting to know from which law school each graduated. I'm betting that the answer would be predominantly Ivy.

Thanks to everyone who has suggested names that I initially omitted. I am not including adjuncts, though - that would be a truly impossible task, at least for the amount of time that I can allocate to this blog.
